We had to put Mrs McMike's cat down earlier this summer.

Even though he was an asshole, he was a pretty awesome cat. I cried a little.

Hedgehogs love burrowing, so they'll stick their little noses in whatever looks like fun. Toilet paper tubes and blankets are fun for pet hedgehogs (and she can get out no problem) but wild hedgehogs in Britain are larger. They were getting stuck in discarded McFlurry containers and couldn't back out because of their spines, so McDonald's changed the cups.

Howling, 18lb Bengal that acted like a dog.

Ran to the door when the bell rang, never ran from the room no matter how many people were in it, allowed you to roughhouse with him. Very tolerant.

I think it was because he grew up with a big dog.

Nice, he sounds like he was a good companion. My cat is slightly smaller (about 16 lb) but he's just as nuts. He loves to wrestle with me and play hide and go seek. He will eat anything and drinks out of the toilet. He also likes most dogs. My girlfriends former neighbour had big dogs and he would play with them.

Most recently I had to take him to the vet for eating tinfoil out of the garbage (thankfully he threw it back up) and then rescued him from being 20 ft up a tree...probably chasing a squirrel or something.

here's Jello now. Same branch. Look at that gut!

Buttons is in a separate tank because they both turned out to be males, but he's even bigger than Jello.

Jello is a translucent-hybrid, Buttons is a tiger-orange.

This is Ginger. She is a "Jackabee" (half Jack Russell, half beagle). She is six-years-old. We adopted her from a rescue organization in 2012. She and my car are the two things I take pictures of the most, lol.

The vet I bring my cockatiel to has a 19 year old male 'tiel living there. He's given some moral support for my bird when she was under hospital care.

Living in a small apartment, I don't have enough room for cats or dogs, so here's my guinea pig, Layla, looking like a boss in her ridiculously pink bed that my sister bought for her.

She's an awesome little motherfucker. Acts just like a dog, instead of hiding in a box all day quivering at the slightest noise, like pigs tend to do, she roams freely around the house, has her own bathroom in a corner and her bed in another. She's chill to the point where she sleeps wherever she wants. People and noise don't bother her at all.

Don't wake her up though, or she'll get pissed and give you her nastiest look

And then try to bite or push you off
